Changing the story for children in Bulawayo
For more than 20 years, Zara's Center has offered children a dependable place to learn, eat, play and belong.
What began as an urgent response became a lasting model of care.
Founded in 2007 in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, Zara's Center serves orphaned and vulnerable children in Emganwini Township, Bulawayo.
Our mission is to help young people ages 5–18 build the confidence, resilience and skills needed to lead healthy, self-sufficient lives. We combine school-fee support, tutoring, daily meals, healthcare, mental-health support, arts, agriculture, recreation and safe after-school supervision.
Zara's is more than a program. It is a consistent source of stability, belonging and opportunity.

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
